It always feels a little like a gamble to purchase furniture this way but we could not be more pleased with this set. It is a wonderful addition to our three-season porch. The chairs are very comfortable, the table easy to open and close, the wood is very smooth, and the color is rich and warm. The chairs are shipped assembled; a real plus since assembling chairs can be tricky. The table top is shipped separated from the base but assembly was very straightforward. The whole set is shipped to your doorstep, not inside delivery but it was easy to remove the components from the cartons to take them inside. They were well-wrapped and protected but with minimal packing to be disposed of. One thing that was a bit challenging for us was getting the tabletop inside. It was a little heavy for us but we were blessed with two strong neighbors who easily carried it inside for us. We did have what turned out to be a minor issue but the people at International Home resolved the it in a matter of a couple of days. It is such a pleasure to do business with a company that provides a phone number, answers that phone and deals with customer concerns so promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing this set to anyone. Great product. Great Company.
